As of April 1st, 2008 United Services Automobile Association (USAA) will be lowering car insurance premiums by about 15% in the State of Massachusetts.
Previously the law did not allow insurers to set their own rates, but, with new regulatory changes that take effect in the next few days will private insurers this option.
All USAA policyholders with renewal dates in April are already receiving notice of the upcoming reduction in their premium, others when renewing their policy will see the new reduction at that point.

does this apply to anyone that isn’t in the Air Force? I thought USAA only wrote insurance policies for Air Force members?
USAA is pretty much Air Force yah
Military only? I’ve heard great things about USAA but not sure if I can get an auto policy through them since I’m not military.
