Safeco Insurance Gets My Business
My husband and I have been with Safeco (home and auto) for about a year and I have to say that Safeco customer service agents are some of the brightest and friendliest insurance agents I have ever met.
A little over a year ago my vehicle was in an accident and our claim was denied because the insurance company said that it was our fault - which it wasn’t. Even though damage was minimal, it was enough to make me switch insurance companies.
I saw a commercial for Safeco Insurance and called 1-800-4-SAFECO and got an instant quote…and honestly, it was cheaper than I thought it would be. Needless to say I purchased the Safco policy right there and have been happy with the service ever since.
The combination of our homeowners insurance policy and our automobile insurance policy made the rates a bit lower than the last carrier we had. I would suggest to anyone that owns a home and needs to insure a vehicle would be to combine your insurance, as many insurance lines as you can as this will reduce your rates.
I later went on to www.safeco.com and took a look around their website. It’s super easy to file a claim (they even have their own 1-800 number) and you can get a free quote in about 10 minutes. There’s also a “Find A Safeco Agent” tab at the top to help you locate a Safeco insurance agent in your area and finally, you can sign up for online access to your account which gives you a quick way to view your auto insurance, print proof of coverage and re-order new insurance cards.
All in all, Safeco has turned out be a great company with a useful website, far better than the no-name company that we were insured with before. Safeco ins rocks!

Safeco insurance is the best for car insurance. I’ve been with them for years, you can’t go wrong insuring with them.
I like the Safeco Insurance Dodge Magnum’s that roll around the Portland, Oregon area. Pretty cool for an insurance agent…unlike the Progressive-mobile’s that I believe are Ford Escapes or something rental car cheese.
Safeco agents are da BOMB. They saved me a lot of money when a nother company was charging me a ton.

I’ve known Safeco insurance for years, what an awesome business. The agents are always given the best advertising in the NW and if I as an insurance agent I would definitely work with them.
