Proggressive Insurance is THE BEST
My wife and I have been with Proggressive for the last 2 years and honestly, they have the best service and the best rates. Neither one of us have great driving records. She has a few accidents and a couple of speeding tickets and I have 2 speeding tickets - we also have 4 vehicles.
I was with another company (don’t want to give them any publicity) and while they were the lowest price at the time, they only last about a year before they dropped my wife from the policy. We haven’t had those issues with Proggressive.
My wife had been with Drive insurance when I met her, I guess cause she liked to deal with an agent, but when we got married I switched us over to a different insurance company under 1 policy, then when she was dropped we moved to Proggressive and haven’t switched since.
I’ve thought about giving other insurance companies a chance, but honestly when you’ve got two people, one of them a high risk driver with 4 expensive and new vehicles - there’s a good chance you’ve already found the best coverage and rates.

I don’t know if progressive is the best…I agree that people can be pretty harsh when criticizing a company. I’d like to point out that you can’t fully judge an insurance company until you’ve had to deal with their claims department.
If Progressive handles claims as well as you say they handle their customer service and lower rates then they would absolutely rank right up there as one of the best values but until there are more stats on how Progressive takes care of there customers, from real customers talking about experiences, then it’s still just a subjective opinion. Though not necessarily a bad one.
progressive is not the best. They don’t suck, but they aren’t the “best” out there for me at least. I like talking to an agent, know that agent can help me out with questions when I need it. I don’t want to have to call in to some 1-800 number and talk to someone that doesn’t know me.
Progressive is the best!!! I agree. If you sign up with Progressive car insurance you will stoked. Cheap a$$ rates and you can call them anytime you want. Try that with a regular insurance agent.
Progressive is ok. I’ve gone back and forth with them. I’ve found they can have cheap car insurance rates, but after about a year when you start seeing increases it’s easier to find a better rate with another company. Maybe not for everyone, but that was my situation.
Progessive is an awesome company. I’ve been with them for about 2 years now and was with a different company and they were constantly raising rates. Totally go with Progressive they offer some of the lowest premiums and even if you’re high-risk they will insure you. Not sure if they’re in Massachusetts yet though.
