Written by While driving down the road with my son, I heard a loud bang near the back of my car. When I looked back my rear driver’s side window had completely shattered.
The way the window broke looked like something had flown into it (like a rock from a passing car). I wasn’t quite sure if I needed to report it to my insurance company so I called my agent at Drive Insurance to ask questions. He was very helpful and told me what my options were. I ended up not filing a claim but I was very grateful to my agent for all his help and advice.
