Colorado Auto Insurance Rates Lower

Please contact a licensed insurance company for advice specific to your situation.

According to a recent independent study conducted by Colorado’s governor, car insurance rates in the state of Colorado have dropped thirty-five percent (35% decrease).

The study suggests that the average Coloradan is paying $322 less for car insurance each year. Data is not year to year however. Instead the report focuses on the drop from 2003 to Dec. 2007.

Keep in mind, although the average cost of car insurance in Colorado may be edging lower, it doesn’t mean that you specifically are seeing a rate decrease or increase. If you live in Colorado and want to see a lower car insurance rate the best thing you can do is compare multiple rates online, over the phone or in person.

    2. Colorado is really pretty in the summer, in the winter it is too but it’s awful to drive in unless you have a 4×4.

    3. when I lived in Colorado I didn’t have a car, but, of the people I talked too that lived there they didn’t mention that car insurance was expensive. Lift tickets were though ;)
