Q: Car Insurance Calculator? Is there a car insurance calculator available online so i can see what my car insurance rates would be with different vehicles and in different locations?
AIS Answer: There isn’t any auto insurance calculator publicly available that would fit your needs exactly, primarily because insurance quotes are supposed to be binding to be accurate and a calculator would be more of an estimate without linking to the insurance software.
In order to provide an accurate auto insurance quote an insurance company needs to determine many things, including your driving record (estimated until they pull your MVR), age, location, sex, and sometimes credit score. Once an insurance company has all of these metrics they use their own internal risk assessment program that calculates data to give you an insurance score. With this insurance score the insurance company can accurately provide you with a binding auto insurance quote.
Any car insurance calculator you find online will likely not be binding without having access to the insurance underwriting process, however, if you’re interested in calculating your auto insurance rates you can simply fill out a quote online with any number of companies and many will provide instant rates.
Auto insurance calculators are promoted by a few places, but when you actually get to the website it’s more of a hypothetical “How much insurance do I need”, rather than a “How much will I pay for car insurance based on these factors” calculator. My advice would be to contact a local agent, call an insurance company directly or even easier – get a free quote online.

I have never seen a car insurance calculator in the form that you asking, but an online car insurance quote does exactly what you want. It doesn’t cost anything, it’s fast, and you get competitive rates.
I haven’t seen a calcualtor for car insurance either. I would guess you could just call an agent, that’s probably easier than looking for a calculator that may or may not be accurate.
I’ve seena few calcuatlros for insurance, but they were always just estimates that were way off. Just get a quote online that’s the easiest way.
a car insurance caluclator would be the most innaccurate claculator because the price wouldn’t be binding.
a car insurance caluclator would be innacurate.
